Cancellation and No Show Policy

Note: The cancellation/no-show charge will be debited from your credit card.

Modification/Amendment Policy

You may modify your reservation (including changing dates, room type, and/or no. of rooms) at no cost
provided that the time of modification are made before the start of late cancellation period, please call our office (+632) 899 0930.

Check In Policy

Guest must show booking voucher together with 1 valid Identification card upon check in, A PHP 1000.00 Security Deposit is also required and will be refunded upon clearance and check out.

Children Policy
1 Child(ren), not older than 11, may stay free when staying with their parents or guardian.

Extra Person/Extra Bed
Extra Person is PHP 500.00 net, and extra bed is PHP 900.00 net(extra person is included).

No Pets
No Pets are allowed at the hotel.

No Firearms
No Firearms allowed at the hotel.

Special Request
Special Request are subject for availability upon check in. Special request cannot be guaranteed.

Refund
All refunds request can be made by calling our office and must occur within 60 days of hotel check out.
Refunds maybe credited or adjusted to your account after 15(Working days) days after request.

Please note that 10% of the total booking amount will be charged to your account when requesting refund.
